How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for hair tools and products?
We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your tools or unopened hair care products for a refund or exchange.
Do L'ange hot tools come with a warranty?
Yes, all our styling tools are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Are your hair care products sulfate and paraben-free?
We prioritize hair health; most of our shampoos, conditioners, and styling products are formulated without harsh sulfates or parabens to ensure they are safe for color-treated hair.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders immediately. Once an order is placed, we are usually unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once the package arrives.
Do you ship internationally?
