At L'ange Hair, we want you to love your locks and be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original accessories and manuals are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
